London Climate Action Week 2026 Panel
June 25, 2026 – At London Climate Action Week, aDryada, a developer of investment-grade natural infrastructure assets, had the pleasure of taking part in a panel titled “Treating Nature as an Investable Infrastructure Asset: A Key Lever for Impact.”
The panel brought together Jacques Assahoré Konan, Minister of Water and Forests of Côte d’Ivoire, Jean-Yves Kpalou, Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Water and Forests, Jean-Dominique Bescond, Senior Natural Resources Management Specialist at the World Bank, and Fabio Ferrari, CEO of aDryada. The discussion was moderated by Siqalane Taho, Senior Reporter at Private Equity International.
The panellists discussed how treating nature as investable infrastructure assets can help bridge the gap between growing corporate demand for high-integrity credits and the need to finance large-scale nature restoration projects. The conversation was framed around aDryada’s Karidja project – which is restoring 70,000ha of degraded land – as a concrete illustration of how a nature restoration project can be structured, developed, and operated using the expertise of the infrastructure sector.
